Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at foresthairepaircenter2024@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 5 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at foresthairrepaircenter2024@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Ship the item back to us at 1264 W Edgewood Av. Jacksonville, Fl. 32208. 

  3. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product).
